I was able to work with Sam on our upcoming vacation in Italy. The process was very easy and he gave us ideas to make the flight more comfortable. We are traveling with 2 young children and I thought it would be best to break up the flight with 2 stops, however, he said that he has traveled with his 2 small children and the long flight is actually better for them. They can sleep, and in addition, just making 1 stop does actually shorten the flight, in our case, by at least 4-5 hours. That was helpful information, and also the long flight turned out to be a bit cheaper. Sam was very easy to get ahold of and answered my questions promptly. I highly recommend this site and am sure I will use them again.

It was a very complicated itinerary (at least for me) and Sam was patient and responsive to my changing requests. I did compare with another consolidator and the flights that Sam identified were clearly superior. Now I need to get my conferences to properly reimburse me....but that's not your problem.
